Over the summer I accepted a new job as an IRA Technician at State Employees’ Credit Union. During my undergraduate career I have served as Marketing Chair for the Guilford Student Body Association and President For The Good Girl Movement at Shenandoah University.

What type of job would you like to have after completing the MAC Program?

I would like to find a job in corporate Tax after completing the MAC Program.

Do you have any advice or tips you would like to give prospective students looking at applying to MAC programs?

One piece of advice I would give to prospective students is to do research early on different MAC programs, as well as apply early.

Why did you choose the NC State MAC Program?

I chose NC State’s MAC Program really because of the reputation the program holds. From the professors to the pass rate on the CPA exam, I choose the MAC Program because of my professor. When I asked my professor about graduate school he recommended that I do research on the MAC program at North Carolina State University. Once I did my research I decided that this was the right fit for me..

What are your expectations while attending the MAC Program?

My expectations are for the program to help me prepare to take the CPA Exam as well as prepare me for making connections.

What are you looking forward to the most while in the Program?

I am looking forward to meeting new individuals and building connections with them that will last a lifetime.
