Accounting Internship Recruitment (AIR)
Sponsored by the NC State Jenkins Master of Accounting Program, the Accounting Internship Recruitment (AIR) Program helps top NC State accounting undergraduates secure spring or summer internships before applying to the Jenkins MAC Program.
Why an Accounting Internship?
An accounting internship enables you to:

- Strengthen your qualifications for admission into the NC State Jenkins MAC Program.

The AIR Program consistently places most of its students in internships, with a majority leading to full-time job offers.
Minimum Requirements
- Enrolled at NC State
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Completed ACC 310 and/or ACC 311 and earned at least a B
- Faculty nomination
- Future applicant to the Jenkins MAC

Internship for Credit
AIR participants are encouraged to register for the Internship for Credit Class – ACC 499. Earn 3-6 credit hours while doing a full-time internship. Prior approval is required. See your academic advisor to include in your plan of work.
