Experienced Leadership

Scott Showalter, CPA serves as director of the Jenkins Master of Accounting Program and professor of practice in accounting within the NC State Poole College of Management. Showalter’s extensive career includes serving as former chair and Board member of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB), past chair of the Board of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, current member of the AICPA Board of Directors and current deputy chair of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB).
