Career Services

We connect our students with the resources they need to find the jobs they want.

Progressive Career Cultivation

Accounting is a growing field with diverse and abundant career opportunities. In the Jenkins MAC program, we work to make sure our students are ready to take advantage of all of them. Our graduates are highly sought after by industry powerhouses and global companies.

For online MAC students, both in and outside of the accounting field, you’ll receive personalized career counseling, tailored to meet your career goals and aspirations. Associate Director of Student Programs & Career Services, Kelly Hardy, will work with you one-on-one to get you where you want to be.

Our recruitment events — like the annual Meet the Firms, attended by representatives from more than 20 top employers — give students the opportunity to network with industry leaders who want to hire the best accountants. We also offer one-on-one career counseling and workshops throughout the year to help students develop their interviewing and networking skills.

MAC graduates go on to be leaders at top companies and organizations, including BDO, Credit Suisse, Deloitte and the N.C. Office of the State Auditor — and nearly all of them have jobs before graduation.

96-100% Employment Rate

Nearly all of our students have secured jobs by graduation.

The Ideal Partnership

Our partner companies play an important role in setting students on the path to career success. In return, they get access to emerging leaders who have a broad but rigorous accounting education supplemented by real-world experiences. Our partners attend our recruiting events, hold on-campus interview days and offer internships for undergraduate accounting students.

We’re always looking for new partners. For more information about upcoming opportunities, please contact Kelly Hardy, Associate Director of Student Programs & Career Services.
