11th Leadership and Innovation Showcase

Join us at our signature event –– the 11th Leadership and Innovation Showcase –– where undergraduate and graduate student teams will present innovative solutions to the business challenges across a variety of disciplines, including entrepreneurship, operations and supply chain management, marketing and business analytics. 
Each team will have a poster explaining its project. The majority of the projects are sponsored by companies and facilitated by the centers and initiatives based in Poole College. The 2019 projects summaries will be posted the week of April 22.
Free and open to the NC State community and the general public, but registration is required. The registration link will be posted soon.
About the Leadership and Innovation Showcase
The Leadership and Innovation Showcase provides students in Poole College’s practicum and other project-based courses the opportunity to present their projects to a team of judges and the general public and compete for scholarship prizes. It also acknowledges the many companies who provide projects that the students work on throughout the semester, as well as the industry and other professional mentors who work with the project teams.
Visitors from the campus community and the general public will see the depth and range of think and do applied by Poole College students in the course of their personal and professional development.

Showcase Awards
A team of external and internal judges will evaluate the student projects and team presentations prior to the public viewing hours. The top three teams will be recognized at an awards ceremony that concludes the event.
Guests are also invited to cast their votes for the People’s Choice award while viewing the student exhibits and talking with team members about their projects. The top three People’s Choice teams will give 90-second presentations during the awards ceremony, after which the audience will vote one more time to select the top People’s Choice team.
The college’s Employer of the Year award will be also announced.
