Executive Education and Jenkins MAC Program Launch Lifelong Learning
To meet the growing needs of working professionals to continually learn and expand their capabilities, NC State Executive Education established this month Lifelong Learning programs to help participants develop, adapt and lead through complex business challenges.
Lifelong Learning brings together professionals with shared experiences and a Wolfpack connection. Participants will gain access to content, events, CPE programs and opportunities to develop, adapt and lead in their careers.
“Accelerating learning for all individuals can lead to positive and beneficial ways of thinking and action,” said Vikas Anand Ph.D., associate dean for academic programs in the Poole College of Management. “We’re excited to serve our community through continuous learning experiences and grateful to have the strength of NC State Executive Education’s operational expertise to ensure exceptional programming.”
In collaboration with the Jenkins Master of Accounting (MAC) Program, the first offerings are designed for professional accountants—including Jenkins MAC alumni, their colleagues, and Poole College public accounting and industry partners.
Registration is now open for a Lifelong Learning summer series of three one-hour virtual, CPE-eligible sessions for professional accountants. The first session, Enhancing Agility and Nimbleness for Managing Disruption with Mark Beasley, Ph.D., KPMG professor and director of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Initiative in the Poole College of Management, occurs Friday, May 20, 12-1 p.m. EDT.
Introductory pricing for the series is:
- $35 for each session
- $75 for the series of three sessions
- $500 for an organization to register up to 10 employees in the series of three sessions
Students, faculty and staff are also welcome to register by contacting Jessica Moran.
