Three Specializations to Tailor Your MAC Degree

Students are not required to choose a specialization, however the MAC program offers three focus areas: enterprise risk management, information technology and tax strategy.

First-Time CPA Pass Rate Above National Average

For the 2022 calendar year the national average first-time pass rate was 52.84%. NC State students had a pass rate of 73.96%, over a 20% difference.

Financing your MAC degree can be achieved through a variety of resources, including scholarships, fellowships and assistantships. Three out of four MAC students receive merit-based aid.
