What type of job would you like to have after completing the MAC Program?
I will be joining PwC as a tax associate in the Hartford office in 2021.
Do you have any advice or tips you would like to give prospective students looking at applying to MAC programs?
Reach out to faculty and admission advisors for feedback on how to make yourself competitive in the application process. Talking to faculty will help you gain a feel for what the program will be like. Understand what the different types of accreditation mean and how that may impact you in the future.
Why did you choose the NC State MAC Program?
I chose to continue my education at NC State because of the amazing faculty and quality of education I received during my undergraduate degree. During my time as an undergraduate accounting student, every professor welcomed me during office hours, responded to my emails in a timely manner, and gave me excellent career advice when I needed it most. I truly felt the faculty at NC State cared about me as a person and not just a student.
What are your expectations while attending the MAC Program?
I expect to build upon my foundation of accounting knowledge and skills that will apply on day one in my career.
What are you looking forward to the most while in the Program?
I am looking forward to building new relationships with the faculty and my peers.
