Session 3 Overview

Demand for workers who understand ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices and standards has increased substantially in recent years as companies large and small experience increasing pressure from stakeholders to account for their impact and report on non-financial metrics. Companies are now operating in a hyper-transparent world where environmental or social issues ranging from climate change to DEI can pose significant risks as well as create opportunities for strategic advantage. But the standards for measuring and reporting on ESG are myriad and complex. Innovative new reporting standards and increased collaboration point a way forward in a global business environment rife with uncertainty.

  • Analyze the evolution of different ESG reporting standards and the impact on business strategy
